Accent color

Set the main accent color for your publication. This color helps shape the visual identity of your site and is used for interface details such as links, buttons, highlights, and decorative elements.

1. Go to the 'Design & branding' settings in the Ghost Admin.
2. Open the 'Brand' tab, then find the 'Accent color' position.
3. Choose a color that fits your publication’s visual identity.
4. Click 'Save' to activate.

Maido uses black text on accent-colored elements by default. Enable white text when you choose a dark accent color.

1. Go to the 'Design & branding' settings in the Ghost Admin.
2. Open the 'Theme' tab and go to the 'Site-wide' section, then find 'White text when accent color is dark'.
3. Turn on the toggle and click 'Save' to activate.
