Buying a theme should feel straightforward. This page explains how licensing works, what is included with your purchase, what support covers, and how refunds are handled — so you know what to reasonably expect.

These terms apply to purchases made through the Polar checkout. Purchases made through ThemeForest by Envato are subject to Envato’s licensing, refund policies, and marketplace terms.

License

The theme may be used on the number of sites specified at the time of purchase.

A single-site license grants usage on one site. A multi-site license grants usage on the number of sites indicated. A 'site' refers to any single active site, whether for personal use, a business, or an end-user client.

Development, testing, and staging environments are excluded from the license limit, regardless of quantity, provided they are used solely for non-production purposes.

Multilingual sites count as a single site if the content remains substantially the same across languages and the versions function as translations rather than separate standalone sites.

You may customize the theme to fit your needs.

You are free to customize and adapt the theme to fit your project, workflow, or client requirements, including design and functionality.

You may not resell or redistribute this theme as a standalone product.

You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute this theme — whether modified or unmodified — as a standalone product to any third party, for free or for payment. Delivering the theme as part of a client project (e.g. installing it on a client’s site) is permitted under this license.

Delivery

The theme is a digital product delivered electronically.

Access to the theme files is provided immediately after successful payment through the purchase access email or directly via the Customer Portal ↗.

Updates

Includes updates while the theme remains available for sale, plus up to six months of updates after the theme is removed from sale.

Updates are provided on a reasonable best-effort basis and may include bug fixes, improvements, and compatibility updates for future Ghost versions.

The theme is designed and tested for the Ghost version indicated at the time of purchase. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain compatibility with future Ghost versions, compatibility cannot be guaranteed.

Support

Includes support while the theme remains available for sale, plus up to six months of support after the theme is removed from sale.

Support is provided on a reasonable best-effort basis and covers theme installation help, troubleshooting, and compatibility issues related to the theme and supported Ghost versions. It does not include custom development, feature requests, or general Ghost questions. Support requests are generally answered within a few business days.

Refunds

All purchases are covered by a 30-day money back guarantee.

Refunds are offered in good faith. If you are not satisfied for any reason, a full refund may be requested within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds, support, or license access may be limited in cases of fraud, abuse of the refund policy, or violation of these Terms.

Ownership

Purchasing the theme grants a license to use it — all ownership, intellectual property, and copyright remain with fueko.

Changes

The right to modify these Terms at any time is reserved. Changes apply to purchases made after the date of modification. Purchases made prior to any changes remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of purchase.

Disclaimer

The theme is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. While every effort is made to provide a stable and reliable product, no guarantee is made that the theme will meet specific requirements or be completely error-free. No responsibility is accepted for damages, loss of data, business interruption, or other issues arising from the use or inability to use the theme, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Compatibility with third-party plugins, tools, or future Ghost versions cannot be guaranteed. Every effort is made to keep the theme up to date, but compatibility may change as Ghost and third-party services evolve.

Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable law. If you are a consumer located in the European Union, your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law — including Directive 2019/770 on digital content and digital services — remain fully applicable and are not limited by this disclaimer.

By purchasing the theme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.
