How support works

What kind of support do you provide?

Support is limited to the theme and its built-in features.

This includes theme-related questions and bug reports. Custom development, third-party integrations, and site management services are not included.

For ThemeForest purchases, support is only available for themes that include a support option.

Do you provide Ghost installation support?

No — Ghost installation is outside the scope of support.

Support is limited to the theme itself and does not include Ghost installation, server configuration, hosting setup, or platform maintenance.

Can you customize the theme for me?

No — theme customization services are not provided.

Support is limited to the original functionality of the theme. Custom designs, feature development, and major code modifications are outside the scope of support. However, every request is different, and it’s not always easy to determine the scope in advance, so it’s always worth asking.

Requests outside the scope of support are often best handled by a Ghost Experts ↗ service.

How long does it take to receive a reply?

Most support requests receive a reply within 2–3 business days.

Response times may vary depending on request volume, weekends, holidays, and the complexity of the issue. Please note that all requests are handled from the UTC+1 time zone.

License & support

Where can I find my license key? (Polar)

Check the Polar Customer Portal.

Your license key is included with your purchase. You can access it through your purchase access email or directly via the Customer Portal ↗.

Where can I find my purchase code? (Envato)

Your purchase code is available in your ThemeForest account.

You can find it in the Downloads section of your Envato account. If needed, follow the official guide on how to locate your purchase code ↗.

I purchased through ThemeForest. How do I get support?

Submit your support request through ThemeForest.

If your support period is active, submit your request using the ThemeForest support option.

Envato → Polar migration

Why should I migrate my purchase?

Migration grants access to a new license.

ThemeForest customers can claim a separate license for previously purchased themes. After migration, you’ll gain access to the Customer Portal and Perks. Future purchases and license management will be handled through Polar.

Your original Envato license remains valid and is not affected by migration.

Is migration free?

Yes — migration is completely free.

Once verified, you’ll receive a redemption code to claim your theme through the Polar checkout.

How long does migration take?

Most migration requests are processed within 2–3 business days.

If you have not received a response after 3 business days, please get in touch using the contact form.

Can I still use my ThemeForest purchase after migration?

Yes — your ThemeForest purchase remains unchanged.

Migration does not affect your original purchase in any way. It simply verifies that you own the theme.
