Full-width image

You are able to make a featured image in post to be full-width.

1. To set a featured image in post to be full-width, just add an internal tag #full-image (tags which are prefixed by a # character, are internal tags within Ghost) in 'Post settings' panel to the post.
2. Click 'Update', to activate.
