Slider

Use Ghost’s featured switch to choose the pages and posts that appear in Ikken’s homepage slider. Featured pages are loaded first, followed by featured posts, so important landing pages can stay ahead of regular stories.

1. Open the post or page you would like to add to the slider.
2. Open the post or page settings panel from the icon in the top-right corner.
3. At the bottom of the panel, you’ll find a switch labeled 'Feature this post/page'.
4. Click the switch and close the panel.

If you have published both featured posts and pages, pages will always be displayed before posts.

1. You’ll need to open the theme’s ../partials/slider.hbs file in your code editor.
2. Change the limit value. By default, the slider can show up to 5 featured pages and 10 featured posts.
3. Save your slider.hbs file in ../partials/ folder.
