Dark version

Choose the color scheme used by your publication. You can keep the site in light mode, switch it to dark mode, or use the automatic option so the appearance follows each visitor’s system preference.

1. Go to the 'Design & branding' settings in the Ghost Admin.
2. Open the 'Theme' tab and go to the 'Site-wide' section, then find the 'Color scheme' position.
3. Use the dropdown menu to select your option.
4. Click 'Save' to activate.

Modern operating systems let visitors choose a light or dark appearance. The Auto option follows that system preference when available.

1. Select the 'Auto' option to follow each visitor’s system appearance preference.
2. Click 'Save' to activate.
