Full-width image

You are able to make a featured image in post to be full-width.

1. To set a featured image in post to be full-width, just add an internal tag #full-image (tags which are prefixed by a # character, are internal tags within Ghost) in Post settings panel to the published post.
2. Click Update, to activate.

The tag slug should be hash-full-image
